Make a complete character reference sheet. IMAGE 1 supplies ONLY the format, panel arrangement, poses, rendering style and character size: preserve its head-to-body ratio, full-body height within each panel, margins and spacing. IMAGE 2 is the primary character reference and supplies the face, species, hair, colours, clothing and accessories. Any later character reference is a supporting view: use it only to clarify details missing from IMAGE 2, never to replace the primary identity or outfit or introduce a second character. Replace the example character in ALL panels. Remove ALL template-specific clothes, shoes, headband, weapons, props and accessories unless visible on the new character. Match the sheet format: front, side and back full-body views, two bust views and six detail panels. Adapt detail panels and their labels to the new character’s actual features and clothing; never keep a katana or headband panel just because the template has one. If a detail is unknown, infer a simple design consistent with the new character, not the example ninja. Keep the complete landscape sheet visible.
